Minced meat cauliflower recipe ?
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, prepare minced meat (pork used here), minced ginger and chopped green onion.
Heat a frying pan, add cooking oil and saute the minced meat first. Stir-fry to the color white when you can add the cauliflower together stir-fry on low heat until the cauliflower becomes soft and becomes a little transparent (I forgot to shoot this most important step). Add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry.
Add the cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar and some water. Cover and simmer for about 2 minutes.
Open the lid and thicken the remaining soup over high heat (or drizzle in a little water starch to thicken), add chopped green onion and drizzle in sesame oil and stir-fry evenly to serve.
