Since 1972, Mr. Li Beiqi has opened 7 beef noodle franchise stores in Los Angeles under the nickname "Beef Noodle King".

In 1975, in view of his outstanding contribution to the catering industry, Mr. Li Beiqi was admitted as a senior member of the American Federation of Catering Professionals.

In 1985, Mr. Li Beiqi returned to his motherland with a passion to serve the country, determined to carry forward the beef noodle project that integrated Chinese and Western things and had achieved results in the United States in mainland China.

In 1987, Mr. Li Beiqi founded the first "California Beef Noodle King" restaurant in mainland China in Dongsi, Beijing.

In 1989, Mr. Li Beiqi sold all the "Beef Noodle King" restaurants in the United States and devoted all his energy to China.

After 1990, Mr. Li Beiqi’s chain restaurants mushroomed across China north of the Yangtze River. Since then,

"The California Beef Noodle King" has become a beautiful sight in China's catering industry.

On January 27, 2008, Mr. Li Beiqi passed away in Beijing, completing his arduous and legendary life.

He is the founder of our business, and his spirit of perseverance and struggle inspires us to keep moving forward.
