Roasted tendons with green onions
Preparation steps
1. Cut the cooked tendons into large pieces and cut the green onions into large pieces with a hob.
2. Put oil in the pot, you can add it according to your usual habits
3. Heat the oil until it is 8 minutes hot, add the green onions and stir-fry
4. Stir-fry the green onions until fragrant, add the tendons and stir-fry.
5. Add seasonings, a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, an appropriate amount of sugar (you can skip it according to your own taste), a tablespoon of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry.
6. Stir-fry until the color is uniform and reduce the soup over high heat. (Because the tendons have been cooked in advance, there is no need to stir-fry for too long, which will affect the taste of the onions.
7. When finished, put it on the plate.
