What if you like passion fruit but don't want to eat seeds?
The seeds of passion fruit are edible.

Ingredients: 600g of passion fruit and 300g of honey.

Accessories: 200g of rock sugar.

1, passion fruit washed, I used about 1200 grams of passion fruit, and finally added sugar and honey according to the amount of pulp, the pulp was 600 grams.

2. Cut a mouth of passion fruit at one end with a knife and dig out the juice with a spoon. It's best not to cut everything in half in the middle, so the juice will flow out easily.

3. Dig the pulp directly into the sealed jar and put the seeds together. Sealed cans should be disinfected with boiling water in advance and dried.

4. Break the rock sugar into pieces. I didn't break it too much, and it will completely melt in three days. If I break it a little, it will basically melt in one day. Still suggest breaking it.

5. Cover the lid and shake hard to make the rock sugar melt as soon as possible. Soak in this way for a day, shaking constantly during the period to promote the melting of rock sugar.

6. Add honey the next day.

7. Also cover and shake. If the rock sugar has melted, just shake it once or twice a day. If the rock sugar has not melted, shake it a few times more.

8. This is the fruit honey that has been marinated for 3 days. The rock sugar has completely melted and the seeds will float on it. You can drink it directly with a spoon or with water.

9. Spread the thick pulp on the toast and eat it together.
