SA soup is a traditional snack with local characteristics in China. It is an intangible cultural heritage of Henan Province and an intangible cultural heritage of Suzhou City, Anhui Province. It has won the top ten gold medal tourist snacks in Shandong Province and the first gold medal tourist snack in China.
There is a record in "Shuoyuan·Miscellaneous Words" that "if you don't eat for seven days, you won't be able to eat rice soup or grits". "Book of Rites·NeiZe" says: "Gritts are made from beef and mutton, three of which are as one, and cut into small pieces. Combine two with rice and one with meat, and use them as bait, and fry them." The "grits" mentioned here are quite similar to today's mix.
How to pour soup
Seasoning: old hen soup, raw eggs, sesame oil, tapioca starch, onion salt, white pepper
1. Bring the old hen soup to a boil Chop the green onions into mince
2. Sprinkle the eggs and immediately break the eggs into the soup bowl
3. After the old hen soup comes to a boil, add salt, black pepper and green onions
4. Stir the tapioca starch in water and pour it into the hot pot
5. When the hot pot boils again, pour the soup into the bowl immediately
6. Finally, pour in sesame oil , sprinkle some coriander.
