Jidi porridge and Tingzai porridge are both very popular Cantonese porridges. They have some differences in ingredients and taste.
1. Ingredients: Jidi porridge mainly uses pork liver slices, lean pork balls and pork rice noodles as the main ingredients. The ingredients of Tingzi porridge are very rich, including sashimi, lean meat, peanuts, shredded fried dough sticks, chopped green onions, shredded eggs, shredded jellyfish, floating skin, shredded barbecued pork, shredded roast duck and squid.
2. Taste: Ji Di porridge has a relatively fresh and sweet taste, while Tingzi porridge has a softer texture due to its rich ingredients and is accompanied by the flavors of a variety of ingredients.
