Mixed sauce:
2 tablespoons garlic sauce, oyster sauce 1 tablespoon, tomato sauce 1 tablespoon, half a spoonful of soy sauce, a little vinegar, and half a bowl of water. Stir well and set aside.
Exercise:
Stir-fry eggs and onions, stir-fry cold noodles, Flammulina velutipes and ham evenly, pour in sauce, add eggs, coriander and Chili powder and stir-fry evenly.
