Why can't I buy blended oil?
Blended oil, also known as high blending oil, is generally an edible oil made by blending two or more refined oils in proportion. From the raw material level, the nutritional value of a good blended oil is higher than that of ordinary edible oil.
Blended oil is mainly made of refined soybean oil, peanut oil, sunflower seed oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil and other edible oils, and sometimes refined oil esters such as rice bran oil, camellia seed oil, wheat germ oil and corn germ oil are added.
Blending oil contains linoleic acid, linolenic acid and other substances, which can be used in stir-frying, frying, frying or cold salad. It is mainly divided into nutritional blending oil, economic blending oil, flavor blending oil and high-end blending oil.
