1. Wash pickles with pimples and cut into thin strips. Soak the cut pickles in water for 20 minutes, change the water twice and remove the salt. Pork belly is cut into thin strips and easy to find. Cut the red pepper into small pieces and the ginger into small pieces.
2. Pour cooking oil into the pot, put more oil, add pepper and ginger and stir fry. Stir-fry pork belly strips until oil comes out. Add the red pepper and stir fry. Pour in a tablespoon of red bean paste, or change it into flour paste.
