Walnuts are widely distributed in China, including Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Tianjin, Beijing, Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Qinghai, Gansu, Xinjiang, Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu, Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Tibet. Inner Mongolia, Zhejiang, Fujian and other provinces (regions) have introduced or cultivated a small amount.
