Directions for Steamed Pike Crabs ?
Spare the ingredients.
Clean pike crabs.
In a pot, add water, ginger, green onion and wine.
Put the crabs on a plate. When the water boils, steam in the pot.
Slice the ginger.
Pour in the appropriate amount of vinegar into the sauce, made of dipping sauce.
Steam pike crab steam about fifteen minutes.
Out of the pot, with the dipping sauce served together.
