Longan Longan is native to the south and southwest of China. At present, Longan in China is mainly distributed in Guangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Taiwan Province and other provinces (regions). Longan is cultivated in Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, India, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Madagascar, Queensland, Australia, Hawaii and Florida.
Olive originated in China and can be eaten fresh or processed. It is a famous subtropical fruit tree. Fujian is the province with the largest distribution of olives in China, and it is also cultivated in Guangdong, Guangxi, Taiwan Province, Sichuan, Zhejiang and other provinces. According to statistics, there are more than 200,000 mu of olive planting area, 50,000 mu of picking area and 20,000 tons of output in Fujian Province alone, with an average yield of less than 400 kg per mu. Compared with oranges, loquats and longan, there is still a big gap.
