The picture below shows Muraen's Muraenidae (Muraenidae), commonly known as the money eel, potato eel, tiger eel
They are nocturnal fish, most of which hide in coral reefs or rocky areas during the day with only their heads exposed to the mouths of the holes and their tails curled up inside the holes, which can be seen in the coral reefs. Most species hide under coral reefs or rocky outcrops during the day, with only their heads exposed and their tails curled up inside, revealing their sharp teeth when they open their mouths to breathe, while a few species, such as the Scomberomorus sinensis, live in sandy waters. They are predators, most of them go out at night to prey on other fish, using their razor-sharp and sometimes inwardly curved teeth, together with the powerful snake-like twisting force of their own body, once bitten, it will be difficult to get away; some species feed on benthic animals or crustaceans, and so on. Their thick skin and protective mucus allows them to maneuver through coral reefs and rock crevices without injury.
The typical length is usually 1.5 meters, with the longest being up to 3 meters. It is distributed in the northwest Pacific Ocean, from the South China Sea to the Ryukyu Islands in Japan, and can reach a length of 60 centimeters, making it a benthic fish and a carnivore.
