Ingredients: Penaeus monodon.
Seasoning: ginger, garlic, onion, millet, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and oil.
Exercise:
1, cut the prawns, remove the shrimp lines and whiskers, and wash them.
2. Prepare onion, millet, garlic and shredded ginger for later use.
3. Stir-fry garlic, shredded ginger and onion in hot oil, add shrimp and stir-fry until it turns red, then add onion segments, millet spicy, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce and a little salt and stir-fry until the onion is cut.
