How to stir-fry walnut kernels with sugar spoon
1
The first step is to crack a plate of walnut kernels, rinse them with water, take them out and spread them flat on the baking sheet. Temperature 180, test for 5 minutes. Take out to cool and set aside.
2
Put oil in the pot, not too much, I put 2 tablespoons. The oil should be kept below 40% heat. Don't be too hot, otherwise the sugar will turn red as soon as you put it in. Normally, sugar will still appear white when put into oil.
3
Put in the sugar and turn down the low heat. If you like sweet food, add a little more sugar. I put 6 tablespoons of sugar and let it dissolve slowly over low heat. There will be no lumps. Next step.
4
After the sugar is completely dissolved, add walnut kernels, stir-fry twice quickly, turn off the heat, continue to stir-fry a few times quickly, and remove from the pan. Go as fast as possible.
5
I didn’t put much sugar and it looked scattered. If you put too much sugar in the pan and it comes out in one big piece, don’t worry, just break it up after it cools.
Tips
First, do not over-roast the walnuts. Second, the oil cannot be overheated. High temperature will cause nutrients to be lost!
