We will continue to focus on the illegal addition of "Clenbuterol" and melamine, and work with the public security, industrial information, food and drug supervision and other departments to start with the research and development, production, circulation, sales and use of prohibited substances, and divide our forces to guard them and implement the whole chain prohibition supervision. Strengthen the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers of antibiotics and feed safety, strengthen the evaluation of veterinary drug safety and drug resistance, increase supervision over the production and use of veterinary drugs and feed, and conscientiously implement the system of breeding files and withdrawal period.

Conscientiously implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the State Council on accelerating the development of seed industry and the newly revised Regulations on the Administration of Feed and Feed Additives, and strengthen the supervision of seed market and feed market. We will speed up the improvement of the anti-counterfeiting reporting reward and inter-provincial cooperation mechanism for agricultural materials, further promote the activities of assured agricultural materials going to the countryside and villages, and unblock the main channels of agricultural materials management to ensure that farmers can buy and use with confidence.

We will continue to expand the proportion and scale of the construction of standard gardens for vegetables, fruits and tea, standardized livestock and poultry farms and demonstration farms for healthy breeding, continue to create demonstration counties for agricultural standardization, increase publicity and training on agricultural standardization, and guide agricultural producers to rationally use agricultural inputs such as pesticides, veterinary drugs, fertilizers, feeds and feed additives.

For agricultural products or potential risks of high public concern, such as cowpea, aquatic products, antibiotics, biotoxins and plant growth regulators, it is necessary to strengthen follow-up research and scientific judgment, put forward practical control measures and methods, and eliminate systematic and regional risks in time.
