What is tofu sauce made of?
Garlic seeds are flattened and chopped, and red peppers are flattened and seeded and shredded. Put oil in a hot pan, shred garlic seeds and red peppers, add a little salt and put them in a bowl for later use. Heat the oil in the hot pot and turn it down. Cut the tofu horizontally with a knife and fry it until both sides are slightly yellow (sprinkle some salt when frying). After the tofu is fried, pour in the fried garlic and shredded red pepper, stir well (gently don't turn the tofu over), thicken it with water starch (add chicken essence and soy sauce), and cook for a while on low heat.
