Half-ripe cheese
Materials: 4 slices of Erie thick cheese, 100ml milk, 2 eggs
Sugar 30g, gluten free flour 35g
Methods:
1.yolks
Milk cheese slices in a pan, stirring on a low heat until melted and cooled, then pour in the gluten free flour and yolks, stirring until free of particles

Egg whites add sugar in three parts and beat until stiff and small hooks
3. Mix
Egg white half of the egg yolks into the mix, then pour the rest of the egg whites into the mix and put into molds, hot water on the bottom of the pan and bake at 120 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
