How to make French oxtail macaroni soup?
1. Wash the oxtail and soak it in water for half an hour, soak in the blood, wash and blanch .
2. Pour the oxtail and ginger into a pot with water. After the water boils, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
