Choose fresh coffee beans. Pay attention to whether the color and particle size of beans are the same when buying. Good coffee beans have bright and shiny appearance, rich aroma and no miscellaneous taste. No matter what kind of coffee beans, freshness is an important factor affecting the quality. Grab one or two coffee beans and chew them in your mouth when you buy them. It is crisp and loud, and it can leave the fragrance on the teeth and cheeks, which is the top grade. If the coffee bean has lost its fragrance or smells stale, it means that the coffee bean is no longer fresh and is not suitable for purchase.
