Ingredients: half onion, one carrot (mainly for decoration and nutrition), ginger slices, oil residue (optional)

Preparation method
1 Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft and drain the water. Cut the onions, carrots and cabbage into thin strips. 2 Fry ginger slices and onions in lard, stir-fry over low heat until onions are slightly brown. The aroma is fully developed. Add carrots and stir-fry evenly. 3 Add cabbage oil residue and stir-fry until soft. Add salt, oyster sauce, a little steamed fish soy sauce, pepper, and two tablespoons of warm water. (Not too much, the cabbage will still be watery) Put 4 vermicelli in and place on top of the cabbage. Cook for a while. 5 Stir-fry until the juice is reduced, add chicken essence and sesame oil.
