The first step is to prepare pigeon, mushrooms, oil and salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, broth, onion, ginger, garlic, peppercorns, dashi, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil.
The second step, the pigeon will be dealt with directly after washing and cut into pieces, the mushroom will be directly washed and set aside. Cut onion, ginger and garlic into pieces and slice.
The third step is to prepare a pot of oil and heat, the pigeon directly into the pot stir fry, add mushrooms, salt, soy sauce and cooking wine stir fry.
Step 4, add sugar, broth, onion, ginger, garlic, peppercorns and spices to simmer. Season with salt and MSG after stewing, and finally add sesame oil.
