Step 2/5
Mix all the seasonings salt, white pepper, cumin powder, cumin granules, chili powder into the lamb cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Step 3/5
Place tin foil on a baking sheet and brush evenly with oil.
Step 4/5
Marinate the lamb cubes and lay them flat on the baking sheet, preheat the oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes, put a bowl of water under the oven, place the baking sheet in the middle layer on top and bottom at 220 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
The last step
15 minutes when you can turn over and roast a few minutes more, this is arbitrary. After grilling, the lamb is full of flavor, not mushy, and delicious! A mouthful of meat and a mouthful of beer, very addictive!
Tips
Lamb does not need to be blanched, when buying lamb to buy a better quality of fresh lamb. Note: Don't use scallions or onions to line the bottom when roasting or a lot of water will come out. Because we use the water bath method of grilling so it will not be grilled, and will not be dry and hard in texture. Lamb cut up and marinate for at least an hour or more. I see a lot of pro's adding onions to the grill, don't! That will be watery. If you add onions to the roast, it will not be my recipe, the oven temperature will not be right, and the roast method can not be used in a water bath. Never! Don't! Roast with onions! Don't add onions, ginger, or garlic!!!! Ugh mom, I'm exhausted! Haha Special note: Always use tin foil in the oven, never greaseproof paper, or the lamb will come out of the water! Tin foil can not be replaced by greaseproof paper, personally experimented with, completely irreplaceable!
