Grouper Fish with Garlic
This also uses the method of steaming to make grouper, only the oil poured at the end is a well-tied garlic oil, which is the whole fish is full of garlic flavor.
Ingredients: grouper, green onion, ginger, garlic, white wine, peanut oil, Meiji fresh, vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, steamed fish.
Practice steps:
Step 1, grouper scaled and cleaned.
Step 2: Make a knife cut on the fish.
Step 3, put into the dish with appropriate amount of green onion and ginger segments, drizzle with white wine.
Step 4: Place in a steamer.
Step 5: Steam on high heat for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Season with Meiji-Fresh, vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well.
Step 7: Pour off the steamed stock and green onion and ginger.
Step 8: Sprinkle with shredded green onion and ginger.
Step 9: Mince the garlic.
Step 10: Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic paste.
Step 11: Pour it on top of the steamed grouper.
Step 12: Pour the fish sauce on top.
Tips:
Fry garlic oil is the oil temperature is not too high so as not to fry the garlic paste.
