2. Pour warm water to make it flocculent.
3. Knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap and wake up 15 minutes.
4. Knead into smooth dough after waking up.
5. Sprinkle some flour on the panel and knead the dough round.
6. Roll it into a thick round cake, and prick countless small eyes with a toothpick or fork.
7. Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for half an hour.
8. After waking up, put it in an electric baking pan and bake until both sides are golden (about 10 minutes). Cut into small pieces and enjoy.
