2. Oncomelania hupensis a highly adaptable animal, and rarely suffers from diseases. When breeding at home, to keep the water fresh and clean, you can choose pond water or river water for breeding. 3. Temperature control When the water temperature is around 15 degrees, the snails start to move and start eating. The optimum temperature for growth is 20-28 degrees.
