Amway gives this cake to everyone. It’s so delicious!
The method is super simple, you can make it with yogurt, it’s perfect!
The texture is so creamy and dense that I never thought I could make it!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
150g yogurt (fruity yogurt used)
25g edible oil
30g low-gluten flour
20g cornstarch
40g sugar
Method:
1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white, and make 3 egg yolks Stir in sour cream and mix well. Sift in cake flour and cornstarch.
2. Beat the egg whites in a water-free and oil-free bowl and add the sugar in 3 batches. Beat with an electric egg beater until there is a small hook when you lift the egg beater.
3. Put 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste, stir evenly, then pour into the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites in a bowl, and stir until the color is consistent. Be careful not to defoam while stirring. Generally there will be no defoaming.
Paper the 4.6-inch mold with oil paper. Pour in the batter. Add 2 cm of water to the baking pan.
You can gently pop out the air bubbles, or use a toothpick to scratch the surface of the batter.
Preheat the oven
150 degrees for 30 minutes and 130 degrees for 20 minutes.
