Main Ingredients

How to make soup dumplings
1. Pour the flour into a basin and pour in an appropriate amount of warm water.
2. Mix into floc, continue to add warm water.
3. Knead the dough, cover it with a damp cloth, and knead it.
4. After kneading the dough for 10 minutes, continue kneading the dough several times until the dough is very smooth and chewy.
5. Pour 10g of rich broth into 390g of boiling water. Open, let cool and set aside
6. Take a large basin, pour the meat filling, and add all the seasonings
7. Wear disposable gloves and mix the meat filling and seasonings Stir in one direction until the meat filling and seasonings are completely mixed.
8. Add the stock and stir with your hands.
9. Add the stock in batches and stir with your hands until the filling and the stock are completely combined. Expanse but condense
10. Take a piece of battered dough, knead it into a long strip, cut it into balls, flatten it and roll it into a round piece, add the filling, and shape it into 18-24 pieces. Wrap all the pleats and let it sit for 5 minutes
11. Put it in an oiled basket, leaving a certain gap (ignoring the pleats I wrapped)

小Tips
If you don’t have stock, you can use concentrated stock to dilute it like I did. The stock must be added in portions and stir repeatedly until the meat filling is completely absorbed.
