Wash carrots, cut them into slices and then cut them into strips.
Put water in the pot, put carrots in a bowl and steam them in a pressure cooker.
When the carrots are ripe, they are mashed with tools. I beat them with a rolling pin.
Put the ready-made ground rice noodles into the basin. Only a spoonful of rice flour was added here.
Add cold water and sugar and mix the rice noodles well.
Put water in the pot and steam the rice noodles in the pot. Be sure to stir them all the time, otherwise they will be easy to lump.
After the rice noodles are almost cooked, add the carrot paste prepared before.
Mix the carrot paste and rice flour evenly, so that the carrot rice paste is ready.
