As follows:
Main ingredients: 250 grams of sliced lamb, 3 carrots, 1 onion.
Accessories: 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 spoon of wine, 1 teaspoon of salt.
1, the carrot peeled, sliced; onion peeled, cut into pieces; lamb thawed.
2. Heat a wok and use chopsticks to lay the lamb slices one by one on a non-stick surface. Turn over when the lamb is browned. Then remove.
3: Using the lamb oil that was just in the pan, heat it up, add the chopped onions and carrots and stir-fry well over high heat.
4: When the carrots are 80% cooked, add the reserved lamb. Add the cooking wine, cumin and salt in turn. Stir-fry until lamb is fully cooked.
