1. Ingredients: chicken wings, cola, coriander, sesame oil, ginger, salt, garlic, light soy sauce, pepper, green onion, cooking wine.
2. Prepare 8 to 12 chicken wings, wash them and score three times with a knife. Marinate the chicken wings with light soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, and cooking wine for about 30 minutes.
3. Pour olive oil into the pot, add chicken wings, add appropriate amount of shredded ginger, and fry the chicken wings until they change color.
4. After frying the chicken wings until they change color, add the prepared garlic, ginger, and chili peppers, and stir-fry both sides until the golden color flows into the gravy.
5. After pouring in the auxiliary ingredients, stir-fry a few times and then pour in the cola.
6. Add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of oil, and a little salt. Note that you don’t need to pour too much cola, just enough to cover the chicken wings.
7. Simmer over high heat for 10 minutes, reduce the sauce until thick, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
