Stewed mushrooms with chicken
Ingredients: 1 whole chicken, 5 mushrooms, 5 red dates, 10 Lycium barbarum, 2 slices of ginger, a little salt.
Practice: clean the chicken; Pour enough water into the pot, pour cold water into the casserole, add the whole chicken, boil over high fire, skim off the floating foam, add ginger slices, soaked red dates, medlar and mushrooms, cook for 2 hours, and sprinkle some salt to taste before drinking.
