(2) Equipment and appliances
Electric mill and bean curd making apparatus
(3) Production method
Select peanut kernel 1 kg and soak it in warm water overnight. Take it out the next day and remove the red skin. Add a proper amount of water, grind it by machine and filter it with fine gauze for 2~3 times to remove the residue. Add about 9 kg of starch, flour 1 kg, and appropriate amount of salt, stir into a paste, pour it into an iron pot, cook it with slow fire, and stir until it turns white. If there is no pulp, quickly take it out and pour it into a tofu dish (about 5 cm thick) to fold it.
(4) Process flow
Soaking peanut kernels → peeling → grinding → filtering → adding starch, flour and salt into the filtered pulp → stirring → stirring with slow fire → pouring tofu into a bowl rack and wrapping it with cloth → pressing it on a cover plate → making a finished product.
