Scrambled eggs first, add a little more oil. You don't need to put oil when you put green peppers and carrots! Shred cabbage, and shred soaked mushrooms for later use!
Put oil in the pan, then add the sliced meat and stir fry. After the meat changes color, add soy sauce and stir fry.
After all the meat slices are colored, pour in the cabbage, stir-fry for a few times and immediately pour in the noodles (note: prepare a clean basin, put some cold water in the basin, and soak the fried noodles in water before putting them into the wok)
