The so-called wet is the so-called water wet, which can be divided into external wet and internal wet. External humidity is caused by humid climate, wading in the rain or wet indoor, which makes external moisture invade the human body; Internal dampness is a pathological product, which is often related to digestive function.
The so-called heat is a kind of thermal image. However, heat and humidity coexist in damp heat, or invade the human body because of heavy damp heat in summer and autumn, or transform into heat because of long humidity residence time.
A febrile disease, such as fever, headache, short and yellow urine, heavy body pain, yellow and greasy fur. It is easy to cause jaundice, cystitis, dysentery and other diseases.
Damp-heat is the internal cause of the transformation of dampness into heat, which can cause heat annoyance, bitter taste, chest tightness, jaundice, short and red urine, eczema and so on. It is necessary to clear away heat and dry dampness, benefit dampness and gallbladder, and eat more polished rice, white radish, horseshoe and cabbage.

Dampness and heat are generally manifested as: heavy limbs, more obvious fever in the afternoon, and sweating is not relieved; The tongue coating is yellow and greasy, and the pulse is rapid. The specific manifestations vary according to different parts of damp heat: eczema or blisters appear on the skin for treatment; There is local swelling and pain in joints and tendons. However, damp-heat usually refers to damp-heat entering the viscera, especially spleen-stomach damp-heat, which can be seen as abdominal distension, nausea and anorexia, thin stool, short and red urine and rapid pulse; Others, such as damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder, are manifested as swelling and pain in the liver area, anorexia in the mouth, or yellowing of the body and eyes, or alternating cold and heat, and rapid pulse; Damp-heat in bladder is characterized by frequent urination, urgency, less astringency and dysuria: yellow and turbid color; Abdominal pain and diarrhea, even acute diarrhea, purulent stool, burning anus and thirst can be seen in damp-heat of large intestine.
The treatment of damp-heat is generally divided into wet weight or heat weight. Dampness is mainly caused by dampness, and Liuyi Powder, Sanren Decoction and Wei Ping Powder can be selected. Clearing heat is the main way to clear heat, and Lianpu Decoction, Yinchenhao Decoction and even Gegen Qinlian Decoction can be selected. Under this principle, the corresponding drugs are selected according to some special manifestations such as eczema and furuncle, and Flos Chrysanthemi Indici, Herba Violae, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Cortex Dictamni Radicis are added; Ramulus Cinnamomi, Caulis Lonicerae and Ramulus Mori are added for joint swelling and pain; Pulsatilla chinensis, Sanguisorba officinalis, Plantago asiatica, etc. Is added for diarrhea and even dysentery; Radix Gentianae and Radix Sophorae Flavescentis can be added for eczema of scrotum, swelling and pain of testis and yellow leucorrhea. Note: when buying, you should distinguish between "water snake" and "mud snake", because the skin of mud snake is darker. The shape is very similar, but the effect of stewing is very different. Water snake soup is clear and sweet. It is better to choose a few small snakes weighing two pounds for water snake stew, which is easier to taste.

Bai Yuzhu Disinfection Decoction
Ingredients: cogongrass rhizome 60g, corn stigma 60g, red dates 10, pork belly 500g.
