6. Put the carrot shreds, green onion slices and cabbage shreds into the bottle containing the garlic cloves. Then add appropriate amount of white vinegar. Just cover the vegetables with white vinegar.
7. Cover and place in a cool place for four to five days. .After four days, take out the side dishes, place them on a plate, and drizzle with sesame oil. Eat as you go.
