1. Knead the flour with water to make a smooth dough, put the kneaded dough in a bowl and cover it with a lid and let it rise for about 20 minutes.
2. Add all the seasonings to the grated meat and stir clockwise to mix vigorously, set aside.
3. Wash the cilantro and chop it.
4. Put the cilantro diced into the meat mixture, clockwise stirring well, cilantro pork stuffing is ready.
5. Sprinkle thin flour on the panel, take out the dough and knead into a smooth dough.
6. Roll the dough into a long strip.
7. Shape the dough into 15g pieces, flatten them, and roll them out to form dumpling skins that are thicker in the center and thinner at the edges.
8. Take a dumpling skin and put in the cilantro and pork filling.
9. Pinch the center, then the sides to form a dumpling.
10. Pinch all the dumplings in turn.
11. Steam, boil or fry the dumplings.
