3. Put the cooked pulp together with the pot into cold water to cool.
4. Mix matcha powder and green tea powder, add 100Ml boiling water to make tea juice, and let it cool for later use.
5. Mix the cooled egg milk with the tea juice.
6. Beat the cream gently, and mix well with Method 5 to form ice cream.
7. Pour the stirred ice cream into the fresh-keeping box, put it in the freezer, stir it every 30 minutes, stir it for 3-4 times, and then freeze it for 4-5 hours to eat.
Tip:
In the production process, I used matcha powder (color enhancement) and green tea powder (flavor enhancement) respectively. When eating, you can sprinkle with crushed almonds, or use other nuts, which are very fragrant and can be accompanied by some fruits. Personally, I think soft fruits are better with ice cream, such as bananas and pitaya. In addition, it is best not to use juicy fruits, such as watermelon. Ice cream melts easily, and fruit juice tends to dilute the milk flavor of ice cream.
