Feng Xiaoquan1April 1968 12 was born in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, Manchu, a male singer, musician and national new musician in China.

He graduated from China Conservatory of Music, is currently a national first-class actor of the Central National Orchestra and a visiting professor of Beijing Academy of Performing Arts, and is known as the initiator and pioneer of "New Folk Music". Feng Xiaoquan's representative works include Sugar-Coated Berry and Farewell My Concubine. He is married to the artist Ceng Gege.

1989, Feng Xiaoquan published his first solo album, The True Color of Men. 1996, he composed the song Farewell My Concubine and filmed MTV Sugar-Coated Berry. 1994, he won the first prize of the 6th (Tongye Cup) National Youth Federation Singer TV Competition and the new song award of the National Natural Beauty Song Contest with Chinese Folk Songs.
