4 chili peppers (green)
3 to 4 dried yuba
2 to 3 cloves of garlic
p>
20ml light soy sauce
3g sugar
50~80ml water
Adequate amount of salt
How to stir-fry yuba with pepper?
Break the dried yuba into sections and soak it in water until there is no hard core.
Cut the pepper diagonally and slice the garlic.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, sauté the garlic slices until fragrant, add the yuba segments and stir-fry, add light soy sauce, sugar, and an appropriate amount of water (50-80ml) and cook until the yuba has no obvious beany smell.
Add the chilies and stir-fry until raw and fragrant, leaving a small amount of soup, add an appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry evenly.
Tips
1. You can soak the yuba in warm water to speed up the soaking
2. If you like spicy food, you can add more chili peppers
3 , you don’t need to add salt for the light taste, the light soy sauce has a salty taste
