Shrimp 10, cool 100 lemon and vanilla flavor, barbecue label 10.
method of work
1. Pick the shrimp line, remove the shrimp gun, etc. and soak it in clear water for later use.
2. In order to bring some fresh flavor to the whole shrimp barbecued in summer, I chose the flavor of Cook 100 vanilla lemon.
3. Pour the processed shrimp into a slightly larger bowl for one person, and sprinkle with appropriate amount of Cook 100 barbecue material. I didn't use it according to the standard proportion, but I estimated it myself. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
4. The bamboo stick of barbecue is soaked in clear water in advance, so as to avoid being burnt when baking.
5. Spread the tin foil on the baking tray, with the matte side up.
6. Put the pickled shrimps in a skewer and put them in a baking tray. Put it into a preheated 170 degree oven, and it can be discharged in about 10 minutes.
