Butter Cookies Directions:
Main Ingredients: 75g unsalted butter, 45g powdered sugar, 135g low gluten flour.
Accessories: 1 egg yolk, 1g salt.
Steps:
1, soften butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and salt.
