The first method:
1. Wash the barley to remove impurities and dry it.
2. After the dry pot is heated (without adding oil), pour in the barley, turn to low heat and stir-fry until the barley turns yellow and the aroma wafts out (about 5 minutes). Turn off the heat and cool, then use a food processor to grind the barley into powder.
Second type:
1. Remove impurities from barley, wash it, dry it, and then grind it into powder with a food processor.
2. Heat the iron pot (without adding oil), then pour in barley flour, turn to low heat and stir-fry until the color turns yellow and the aroma wafts out (about 5 minutes). Be careful not to stir too much when frying to avoid flying powder.
