Add a small handful of corn flour. For regular flour, I used a bowl of whole wheat flour. Some salt, five spice powder. A bit of oil. Mix well. You don't need a lot of flour, just enough to make a dough.

Knead into small vegetable balls with your hands. You can use both hands, together, and knead them tightly. Place in a pan on the grate.

In a bowl, add more garlic paste, soy sauce and vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil. You can also splash the garlic paste with hot oil, I didn't. You can eat the vegetable dumplings by pouring the sauce over them, or by squeezing them in your hands and dipping them in the sauce. I ate them with a spoon and poured the sauce over them. It was especially delicious.
