Spring is here and it's time to eat capers. It's similar to making wheat rice, except it's made into gnocchi, which is glutenous and delicious when dipped in garlic water

Capsicum annuum g

Cornmeal g

Flour g

Salt g

Five-spice powder

Oil

Soy sauce, vinegar, garlic

Chili oil

Wash the capers and control the water. Chop and place in a pot.

Add a small handful of corn flour. For regular flour, I used a bowl of whole wheat flour. Some salt, five spice powder. A bit of oil. Mix well. You don't need a lot of flour, just enough to make a dough.

Knead into small vegetable balls with your hands. You can use both hands, together, and knead them tightly. Place in a pan on the grate.

In a bowl, add more garlic paste, soy sauce and vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil. You can also splash the garlic paste with hot oil, I didn't. You can eat the vegetable dumplings by pouring the sauce over them, or by squeezing them in your hands and dipping them in the sauce. I ate them with a spoon and poured the sauce over them. It was especially delicious.
