2. Wash and slice two pieces of ginger, put them in a pot and add water to boil. When the clear water turns into ginger juice, stop heating, let the ginger water cool down to about 36 degrees, and then start washing your hair.
3. Soak all the hair in ginger water, preferably with the scalp, to ensure that every hair is stained with ginger water, and massage the scalp with your fingers to help promote blood circulation.
4. After massaging for about 5- 10 minutes, rinse your hair with clear water. After washing, dry your hair with a towel instead of a hair dryer, and let it dry naturally.
