Ingredients: green beans, dried peppers, peppers, onions, ginger and garlic.
1. Tear off both sides of green beans and break them into sections. Slice dried peppers, peppers and garlic for later use. Pour oil into the pan, add green beans and fry until the skin looks like tiger skin.
2. Heat the oil in a hot pan, saute shallots, ginger and garlic, add dried peppers and prickly ash, then pour in green beans, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, a little sugar and pine mushroom seasoning and stir well.
3. Stir well, turn off the fire and sprinkle with a handful of fragrant cooked sesame seeds! Stir well and serve.
