[Braised trotters] Ingredients: 2 trotters (about 2 kg); Accessories: soy sauce 1.5 tbsp, cooking wine 1.5 tbsp, soy sauce 1/2 tbsp, sugar 20g, ginger 50g, onion 30g, garlic 30g and salad oil.
Steps of braised pig's trotters
1. Dice trotters, slice ginger, knot onions, and cut garlic into chunks.
2. Boil the water in the pot, then blanch the pig's trotters until the water boils again, then take it out and rinse it with cold water.
3. Add oil to the wok and stir-fry the trotters.
4. until the epidermis is tight, add ginger slices, onion knots and garlic and saute until fragrant.
5. Add a proper amount of water, add soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar, and turn off the fire after the fire is boiled.
6. Move into the electric pressure cooker and select the stewing program (I used the general stewing program of the Fuku rice cooker for 45 minutes). If you use an ordinary saucepan, cover it with a small fire and turn it a few times in the middle until the soup is thick.
