2. After washing the okra, soak it in cold water and then dry it. Cut the okra into 3cm pieces for later use.
3. Heat in a pan over low heat and add olive oil. Add okra, onion and salt, stir-fry for 4~5 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients, and stir-fry the onion until it is brown.
Tip: If you don't want to prepare spices, you can also add a glass of water to the commercially available curry block, heat it to dissolve, drain the juice, and then add the okra to stir fry, which is just as delicious!
