The meat should be beef tenderloin or purple cap meat, because it has elasticity.
Marinated when you can learn from the practice of black pepper beef tenderloin:
Bar Beef Feeder Cow: meat cut into long strips of thick slices, marinated for a few hours with soy sauce, ginger juice, barbecue flavor king (or ground beef), egg, starch. (And most importantly, if you want the meat to be fluffy add a small amount of tenderizing powder and loose meat powder. If you don't think it's healthy, squeeze some papaya juice instead of meat tenderizer. Because meat tenderizer is papaya extract)
After done, soak the beef in warm oil (seal the meat with oil), and eat it with onion, black pepper, oyster sauce, hot sauce oil, sugar, and ketchup.
Note: Be sure to stir the meat vigorously when feeding, and add a little water while stirring.
