Just stir-fry. Ingredients: Yunnan small melon: 350 grams; dried chili: 1 piece; green onion: 1 cut; garlic: 3 pieces.
Method/steps:
1. First prepare all the ingredients, remove the head and tail of the Yunnan melon, wash it and cut it into cubes for later use.
2. Cut green onions into shreds, cut dried chilies into sections, and slice garlic for later use.
3. Heat oil in a hot pan, add shredded onion, garlic, dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant, then add cucumber and stir-fry. The heat can be slightly higher and the frequency of stir-frying can be higher.
4. Stir-fry until the cucumber becomes soft and has a little moisture, then we add seasoning.
